HOW DO I JOIN A TRIP?

Because every trip has a capacity limit, before anyone can register, there is an application form that needs to be filled out. This is to make sure the trip is truly curated for every single person. We will have a quick zoom with you to chat about the experience and you will be notified within two weeks about your application status. If you are accepted, you will be sent the registration form.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE TRIP?

Every trip varies depending on the location and length of the trip. The cost of the trip will be included with each itinerary.

Upon acceptance to a trip, a deposit will be due. The balance due date will be indicated as well as the cancellation policy for each trip.

We understand that life happens. There will be a cancellation policy stated for each trip for you to review prior to committing. At some point, the trip will become non-refundable. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance. We are able to assist you with securing travel insurance upon the booking of your trip.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST?

The posted itinerary for the trip will include all the details as to what is included in the cost of each trip. Generally, the cost of each trip will include hotels, transfers, and excursions.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST?

Accepted Answer

Flights to and from the destination are not included in the cost of the trip. Also, any extras that you may want to purchase on the trip that is not mentioned in the itinerary.

CAN I ADD ON TO THE TRIP BY ARRIVING EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?

Yes! We are just giving you a taste of these amazing locations but if you want to spend more time in a location before our after the itinerary we curated, you are welcome to do so! We are happy to help with any pre or post arrangements.

WHAT IF I DON’T FEEL LIKE DOING SOMETHING ON THE ITINERARY?

Our trips are designed with the perfect balance between scheduled adventures and independent down time so that you have time to do activities you enjoy (hitting the shops, strolling the streets or relaxing). We are looking for people that are all in with what we have planned, nothing is mandatory, but refunds for specific activities will not be made.

DO I NEED TO SHARE A ROOM?

Most of the trips will be designed for double occupancy as well as a few single occupancy options for travelers who may not want to share a room.

CAN I COME WITH A FRIEND AND ROOM TOGETHER?

Absolutely! But please remember the goal of our trips is about meeting new amazing women and broadening our horizons, so we want to make sure we all get to interact.

I LOVE THE ITINERARY BUT I CAN'T TRAVEL WITH THE GROUP. CAN I BOOK ONE OF THESE ITINERARIES TO DO AT ANOTHER TIME?
